Homeownership is Within Your Reach
At Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake, we believe homeownership is possible for everyone, regardless of background, income level, or physical ability. Our program supports hardworking individuals and families who need a safe, stable home and are ready to invest in their future through partnership and perseverance.
Through our homeownership program, we make the purchase of a safe, stable, and affordable home possible for families in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, and Howard County.

Start Your Path to Homeownership
We offer newly built and renovated 2 or 3 bedroom homes throughout Central Maryland, each equipped with energy-efficient appliances, central air conditioning, and affordable monthly mortgage payments. Habitat homebuyers need determination, stability, and a desire to create lasting change for themselves and their families.
