Volunteering Together Builds Stronger Communities
From corporate teams to faith communities, volunteering with Habitat Chesapeake is a powerful way to serve others while strengthening your own team’s bonds. Your group can choose to build on-site or volunteer at a Habitat ReStore—both opportunities directly support affordable housing and stronger communities.
Two Ways to Volunteer

Volunteer On Construction Sites
Bring your group to a Habitat Chesapeake build site and experience the impact of helping families create safe, affordable homes. From swinging hammers to learning new skills, your team will make a tangible difference in the lives of local families while working side-by-side with future homeowners.

Volunteer at a Habitat ReStore
Serve together at one of Habitat Chesapeake’s five ReStores, where proceeds fund our mission. Groups help process donations, stock inventory, assist customers, and support day-to-day operations. It’s a great way to give back—no construction skills required.
